Step 1: Contact Our Sales Team
Start by contacting our sales team to discuss your business, payment processing needs, expected volume, and any hardware or integration requirements.
Our team will help determine the best solution for your business and answer any questions before you apply.
Step 2: Receive Your Proposal
Based on your business requirements, we will provide a customized proposal outlining pricing, available services, payment methods, hardware options, and any applicable fees.
Once you review and approve the proposal, we will begin the onboarding process.
Step 3: Complete the Merchant Onboarding Form
You will receive access to our merchant onboarding form.
The application collects information required to establish your merchant account, including:
- Business information
- Ownership details
- Banking information
- Processing history
- Website and business documentation
Please ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays during review.
Step 4: Underwriting Review (48–72 Hours)
After your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our underwriting team.
Most applications are reviewed within 48–72 business hours.
Review times may vary depending on business type, processing volume, and documentation requirements.
Step 5: Provide Additional Documents (If Requested)
In some cases, additional documentation may be required before a decision can be made.
